I agree, GP Racer. I was glad to see him run well today. I hope RBR gives him a ride for the 2006 F1 season.
McLaren was dominant today and Renault seemed to, relatively speaking of course, struggle. |

That is sort of the way it is set up - occasionally it is CBS, but only one will cover the race in the US. No local channels either. Radio maybe - on AM stations. Check the USGPIndy website for the stations, if they have them. |

And let me tell you, if you have to watch F1 on CBS, you might as well get out your favorite self-mutilation tool and get busy with it, because their commentating is that horrible!

At least the races CBS have done were reasonably good (esp. Imola). Can't understand why they're not doing Indy, you'd figure they would want to do their home race. |

Reasonably good is not an adjective i'd use to describe CBS's coverage of F1. Physically Painful and plain horrible are adjectives that come to mind but not quite sufficient. "Williams scored a 1-2 victory here last year but were consequently docked of their position due to illegal brakes." Terrible......just terrible. |

We were at the track yesterday. We watched second practice from thr front straight right in front of where Ralf ended up. When he got out of his car he looked at it and then kicked.
There was a lot of scurrying around by anxious looking Michelin people after Ralf's crash. He took a hard hit due to another tire failure. The Mclarens both looked quick. Heidfeld put a nice lap in after being slow much of the day. Qualifying should be very interesting today. JPM is quick but the track will be fresh from Porsche qualifying. |
