I think the point is being missed here, there is not a problem with commentator
noise, it was just this particular individual.
When Brain Jones was speaking with him there was not a problem, so lets not open a can of worms that does not exist.
If you must bring a noise meter save it for the MG meeting 2013.

always bear in mind the potential for unintended consequences of a course of action........ so dog, sleeping - le it lie

or use the correct channels for raising matters with parties who might be better placed to do something about them. (ie not a thread on tenths, "powerful" as that might seem ) ... one of which might just happen to be near that particular post and I suspect has already got the item on his list

Just to clarify, despite my facetious remarks I wasn't having a go at the commentators as such (or no more so than anyone does with a fake groan and a "what the bl**dy hell is he on about now?" look on their face) but the actual volume of the commentary on Post 5. I suspect it must have just been Post 5 where the problem was, as nobody else has whinged.
