Thruxton circuits changed abit
Whilst i was on the TOCA webcam, i noticed that the Thruxton pit straight has changed (or is it just my eyes)
and i was wondering if there was more pit garages in the pit lane? key Green line - Start/finish straight(ish) purple line - Pit lane, with extended wall Red line - Old pit lane exit |

Yes, that extended pit-lane was introduced last year, along with a tunnel under the track to replace the old footbridge, and also allow access to the centre of the track without driving across the circuit.
There have been sone cahnges to the first corner, however, with the run-off being increased at Allard, and different style catch-fencing, with gaps to allow marshalls access to the circuit. |
