Canadian Coverage of Long Beach
According to TSN.ca, the Long Beach GP will be brodcast tape delayed 3 hours (7pmEDT/4pmPDT). SPEED is brodcasting it live at 1pm. And I'll bet if I turn to SPEED at 1pm on Sunday I see a black screen.
Is there any way to get them not to black out SPEED so we can see it live? |

Is it being tape delayed by Golf (The Masters)? If it is, Im moving to the states so I can get The Speed Channel.

Well, Lee, you could see Cleveland live. As for TSN broadcasting Long Beach live, thier website gives 7pm ET and in another place 7:30 ET. True CART.com says "race live 4pm ET".
According to the "schedule" page on TSN.ca, there is a hockey game on 3 to 6, then Sportscenter (where they will tell you who won the CART race" then the race at 7. |

I could, I should, but I probably won't. Stupid Kent State's raising tuition 6%, so now I'm gonna be even _more_ broke.

I refuse to rant about TSN until after I've had my second cup of coffee.

Well... I can't complain much then, can I? I get upset about tape-delays and "joined in progress" telecasts for things like skateboarding, but in the case of Red Wings' quest for yet another Stanley Cup, I'll make an exception!
GO RED WINGS! |

But the Canucks are going to win the cup, so that Red Wings game is totally meaningless...

Were you a Rebel, Rambler, Wildcat or a Marauder?
Yes Canucks in six. Any St. Louis fans on here?
Evo, I to am from Maple Ridge. I live in Pitt Meadows now though. Care to reveal your true identity? PM TheRob. On topic, I think that Long Beach has always been tape delayed here. I seem to only have memories of watching it in the late afternoon. I could have been watching it taped but I've been drunk too many times to remember for sure. Bottom line? I don't have a problem with it as long as I get to see it. |

"but I've been drunk too many times to remember for sure."
After reading that, I had to look at who posted it again in order to "remember for sure" if it was me or not! Other than that, I've nothing to say. Especially concerning the RedWings. |
