Got mine yesterday - all the more impressive as I don't remember volunteering! BTW, can anyone tell me where the campsite is - I don't remember ever seeing any bungalows at Brands???

Lovely Bungalow, fully fitted kitchen and bathroom, two bedrooms and Lounge!! Situated by the unused set of Gates off Scratchers Lane/Paddock Entrance.
As Stephen says, behind the Kentagon, down the hill. Bungalow used as an office in case anybody is thinking of Renting!!! |

My tickets haven't turned up
Would someone be so kind as to post up the signing-on times, parking details, etc? I can collect my tickets on the gate, but kind of need to know when I'm supposed to be there Phill |

Phill, sign-on on Friday is 7 to 7:45 with briefing at 8. At 9, the DTMs will have a 15min. "roll-out" which I understand to be an untimed shakedown session, before FPA practice at 9:30.
Parking is in the infamous "triangle", which I am informed will be padlocked closed throughout the day, until the last session. |

So do we use the Paddock entrance to get to the campsite, or is there a back door somewhere?

You need to use the Paddock Entrace yes. Ask at the gate and they will direct you to the campsite.

I've attached an image showing the campsite locations. (click to enlarge)
Red Line = Route from Scratchers Lane entrance Blue Line = Route from A20 Red Box = Marshals Campsite (or at least where it was for the A1GP) Blue Box = Usual Public Campsite |
